Villasimius is located on the southeastern tip of Sardinia, on the road leading to Capo Carbonara, along a coastline characterized by beautiful beaches of pure white sand.
The apartments, located within an 800-meter radius of the town center, are housed in a variety of pleasant, recently built townhouses and offer the opportunity for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Arranged on one or two levels, they are functionally furnished and equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, and TV. All feature a garden, patio, and/or veranda equipped for outdoor living.
The "Case Vacanze Mare In": are tastefully furnished and finished, equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom with shower stall, TV, and a garden or patio if on the ground floor, or a veranda if on the first floor. Some are on two levels. From July 1 through August 31, there is the option to stay in residential complexes with a shared pool (upon request and for an additional fee).
Amenities: shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, nightclubs, and all local services.

Arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. incur a charge of €60.00, payable on site.
Security deposit: mandatory €200.00, payable upon arrival and refundable upon departure.
