This newly built development in an exclusive area stands out for its stunning Mediterranean-style architecture. The complex overlooks the stunning, pristine white-sand beach stretching 8 km, located approximately 400 meters away.
The villas—single-family and two-family homes of the highest quality—have been carefully selected for the most discerning clients and for anyone seeking to treat themselves to an unforgettable stay in one of Sardinia’s most beautiful and picturesque locations. All units feature a private entrance, a private, numbered parking space, a large garden, and a circular patio equipped for dining and relaxing outdoors. Elegantly and comfortably furnished, they feature air conditioning (in all rooms except the bathrooms), a washing machine, a dishwasher, and satellite TV.
Services: available upon request at the time of booking and for a fee: maid, housekeeper, cook, and babysitter. At the reception desk: individual excursions by land and sea, traditional dinners at local restaurants or in the comfort of the villa (subject to availability). At the beach: beach umbrellas and lounge chairs available for rent. Approx. 400 meters away: mini-market, bar-restaurant, and medical clinic. Accommodation Types:
Semi-Detached Villas (sleeps 4+2): 80 square meters, consisting of a master bedroom, a small bedroom with two mostly flat beds (rarely bunk beds, with the option of a third bed in the small bedroom), a living room with sofas and a TV area, a kitchenette equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed for a wonderful stay; two bathrooms; a spacious loggia equipped for outdoor dining; a barbecue; a garden with a shower; a parking space; and a washing machine. Upon request, up to two additional beds are available for a supplement to be paid on site.
Single Villas (sleeps 6+2): 120 square meters, consisting of two double bedrooms; the rest is the same as the two-family villas.
Check-in after 8:00 p.m. Must be notified in advance, and a surcharge of €50.00 per villa will apply.
Check-out: Security deposit of €200.00 by bank check or credit card, refundable upon check-out.

Service fee (required for stays longer than 2 years): on-site assistance and utilities (including electricity, water, and gas) plus bed linens with weekly changes: €50.00 per person per week.
