Property: The Porto Corallo Residence is located along Sardinia’s southeastern coast, right next to the emerald-green sea and nestled among the lush Mediterranean scrub. The area is characterized by a low granite cliff where small coves alternate with wide sandy beaches. The crystal-clear sea, easy to explore, is a paradise for fishing enthusiasts and ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat for their vacation.
Apartments and Villas: The apartments, which are well-furnished, offer privacy and feature a terrace (if on the ground floor) or a panoramic balcony (if on the first floor). The villas, with stone exteriors, are tastefully furnished and equipped with a washing machine, satellite TV, and private parking. The resort villas are also equipped with air conditioning. The verandas and balconies are equipped with chairs, a garden table, and a barbecue.
Activities and Services: bar, fast food, pizzeria, restaurants (with the option of direct agreements offering discounted rates for half-board and full-board), mini-market, beach snack bar. For a fee: wellness center, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, catamaran sailing, beach umbrella, deck chair, and pedal boat rentals, inflatable boat rentals, weekly excursion service by minibus and/or boat, indoor soccer, daytime and nighttime tennis, bicycle rentals, mini-golf.
