Costa Rei Marina Rey Beach Resort

Facilities: The Marina Rey Beach Resort is located across from the enchanting Costa Rei beach, one of Sardinia’s most beautiful and unspoiled beaches, just a short distance from the Capo Ferrato headland, where long stretches of beach alternate with stunning cliffs. It is situated on a private, protected area spanning over 5 hectares; the surrounding landscape, characterized by typical Mediterranean scrub, inspires a relaxing vacation.

Rooms: 216 rooms furnished in traditional Sardinian style, located in various single-story villas or two-story buildings, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, all with a patio or veranda, private bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, and LCD TV. Room Types: Double Rooms with two single beds or a double bed; Triple Rooms with three beds or a double bed plus an extra bed; Quadruple Rooms with a double bed plus an extra bunk bed; Two-Room Family Rooms consisting of two separate rooms, one bathroom, a double bed plus 2–3 extra beds.

Restaurant: two dining areas—one outdoor and one air-conditioned—offering a wide variety of dishes and assigned seating for main meals. Breakfast is served buffet-style, featuring both sweet and savory items; lunch and dinner are served buffet-style, featuring typical regional and national dishes, with water and Sardinian wine included with meals. Two themed evenings are scheduled during the week: one Sardinian, featuring traditional regional dishes, and one “fisherman’s” evening featuring seafood (alternative meat-based and/or vegetarian dishes are always available). FOOD INTOLERANCES: For guests with food intolerances (gluten or lactose), basic packaged products (bread, pasta, cookies, etc.) are available. Guests are always required to report any food intolerances at the time of booking and upon check-in. The resort does not have a kitchen exclusively dedicated to preparing gluten-free meals; therefore, we cannot guarantee that dishes will be free from cross-contamination. Baby Feeding Room: A room equipped with hot plates, a sink, a refrigerator, a bottle warmer, a microwave, a blender, a sterilizer, pots, dishes, and placemats is available for infants. In addition, basic cooked and uncooked items are available: vegetable broth, vegetable puree, fresh sauce, small pasta, fresh milk, yogurt, jams, cookies, herbal teas, tea, and fresh fruit. Milk (liquid and powdered) and specific infant products such as baby food are not included. Extra meals are available in addition to your full-board plan (for a fee). Packed lunches/dinners are available upon request and may be substituted for the restaurant meals already included in your booked plan

Amenities: 24-hour reception with TV area, central bar, outdoor theater area for evening shows, swimming pool for adults with a gently sloping, non-separated area also suitable for children, small gift shop, tennis and soccer fields outside the resort (10 minutes away) connected by a free shuttle service, indoor and outdoor fitness area, beach volleyball court, free Wi-Fi in the main common areas (reception, central bar, and pool), shuttle to/from the beach, private outdoor parking (uncovered and unattended), beach bar with restrooms and showers, Mini Club area with playground, Young Club (ages 12–16). For a fee: excursions, diving services (off-site), laundry and ironing services, babysitting, bike, car, and beach towel rentals, taxi service, photographer, and additional meals beyond the full-board plan.

Entertainment and Activities: The engaging Entertainment Team brightens your days with a program of games, recreational activities, tournaments, aerobics, and dance, ensuring a stay filled with fun and evening entertainment featuring a piano bar and shows in the amphitheater. For children: Mini Club (ages 4–12), open mornings and afternoons with playful, educational, and recreational activities, further divided by age group, and Young Club (ages 12–17) for older children, with supervision by dedicated staff.

Beach: fine white sand, equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs for the exclusive use of guests (1 umbrella + 2 lounge chairs per room, regardless of the number of guests in the room) starting from the third row; the first and second rows are available upon request and for a fee. The beach can be reached via a convenient walkway within the resort (400–600 meters), through the Mediterranean scrub, or by a convenient electric shuttle, with a pickup point at the start of the walkway leading to the beach. Beach Bar, with restrooms, is just a short walk from the resort’s state-owned beach concession.
