Facility: The resort, located on the central-southeastern coast of Sardinia, 1,000 meters from the charming tourist town of Santa Maria Navarrese, is situated in the village of Tancau, in an oasis of peace and tranquility near a lush pine forest that separates it from the crystal-clear, pristine sea, just a short distance from the enchanting beaches of the Gulf of Orosei Marine Park

Rooms 134 rooms, furnished in traditional Sardinian style, spread across several two-story courtyards (ground floor and first floor) surrounded by flower-filled gardens. Double Rooms: with two single beds or a double bed. Triple Rooms: with three single beds or a double bed plus an extra single bed. Quadruple Rooms: with a double bed plus an extra bunk bed. Two-Room Family Rooms open-plan layout with a double bed plus 2–3 added single beds, one shared bathroom. All rooms feature a patio, veranda, or balcony equipped with a small table, chairs, ashtrays, and a clothesline; private bathrooms with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries; individually controlled air conditioning; a telephone; an electronic safe; a minibar (drinks at an additional charge); and an LCD TV.

Dining: breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style with beverages included (still or sparkling water and Sardinian wine included with meals). Assigned tables for the entire duration of your stay. Breakfast features a wide selection of sweet and savory items. Specialties include traditional Sardinian dishes and Italian cuisine. Two themed evenings are scheduled during the week: one featuring traditional Sardinian regional dishes and one “fisherman’s” evening centered on seafood (alternative meat-based and/or vegetarian dishes are always available). FOOD INTOLERANCES: For guests with food intolerances (such as gluten or lactose), basic packaged products (bread, pasta, cookies, etc.) are available. Guests are always required to report any food intolerances at the time of booking and upon check-in. The Resort does not have a separate kitchen for gluten-free cooking; therefore, we cannot guarantee that dishes are free from cross-contamination. Baby Feeding Room: A room equipped with hot plates, a sink, a refrigerator, a bottle warmer, a microwave, a blender, a sterilizer, pots, dishes, and placemats is available for infants. Basic cooked and uncooked items are available: vegetable broth, vegetable puree, fresh sauce, small pasta, fresh milk, yogurt, baby biscuits, cookies, herbal teas, tea, and fresh fruit; milk (liquid and powdered) and specific infant products such as baby food are excluded. Extra meals are available in addition to your full-board package. Packed lunches/dinners are available upon request and serve as substitutes for the restaurant meals already included in your booked package

Amenities: 24-hour front desk, bar with TV area, outdoor theater area for evening shows, outdoor playground, large swimming pool for adults with a gently sloping, non-separated area also suitable for children, featuring a sun deck equipped with showers, umbrellas, and lounge chairs, Bazaar (selling tobacco, newspapers, beach accessories, souvenirs, gifts, and personal care items), private outdoor parking lot (uncovered and unattended). Free Wi-Fi with coverage in common areas and in guest rooms. For a fee: Sea and land excursions, laundry and ironing service, babysitting service, bike, car, and beach towel rentals, taxi service, and photographer.

Entertainment: the engaging entertainment team will liven up your days with a rich program of activities, including games, recreational activities, tournaments, aerobics, and dance—all focused on fun—as well as evening entertainment, piano bar, shows in the amphitheater, and theme nights. Mini-Club (ages 4–12), located in a dedicated area, will entertain young guests in the mornings and afternoons with educational and recreational activities further divided by age group. Junior Club (ages 12–17).

Beach: just 150 meters from the resort, a long stretch of beach with sand that is not very fine, accessible via a path along a dirt road. Equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs (1 umbrella and 2 lounge chairs per room). First- and second-row spots are available by reservation only and for a fee; from the third row onward, they are included with the club card. Beach towels are available for rent.
