Borca di Cadore is strategically located at the point where the Boite River valley widens into a broad basin surrounded by the high cliffs of Mount Pelmo (3,168 m) and Mount Antelao (3,263 m), with the mountain range surrounding Cortina d'Ampezzo serving as a backdrop.
Borca is a small mountain village that has managed to preserve its traditional charm while offering all the amenities that today's tourists expect. The most beautiful houses in its historic center have been designated as historic monuments by the Veneto Region.
The Corte Residence is nestled in a large private forest spanning over 120 hectares, surrounded by the tranquility of unspoiled nature, and offers the opportunity to participate in all the activities organized by our entertainment team.
The apartments: 45 apartments, including studios and one-bedroom units, are equipped with a direct-dial phone, TV, radio, and hair dryer, as well as dishes and kitchenware. Some apartments with sun decks are available.
Wellness Center: Just 600 from the Residence is the Corte delle Dolomiti Wellness Center, surrounded by 120 hectares of private forest with views of the Venetian Dolomites.
Privacy and relaxation were the guiding principles behind the design, with the goal of creating a comfortable space for both après-ski in the winter and after summer hikes. Spanning two levels, the facility features not only open-swim areas but also the most innovative hydromassage technologies. The wellness and fitness areas, located on the upper floor, offer guests the opportunity to take care of their bodies in spaces designed for cardio fitness, as well as to enjoy the aromatic benefits of the bio sauna and the Finnish sauna. In addition, an innovative tropical shower with cold mist jets for chromotherapy and aromatherapy, a Turkish bath, and a panoramic terrace—which hosts snow baths in the winter—round out the wellness options available to guests.
