The Residence is located just a short walk from downtown, a short distance from the tennis courts, golf course, and sports arena, and offers entertainment, recreation, and tranquility for all types of guests. There are many walks, hikes, and themed trekking routes in the area, ranging in elevation from 1,000 to 2,000 meters.
Rock climbing, paragliding, archery, Nordic walking, golf, ice skating, mountain biking, and more.
The area features 50 walking trails ranging from easy to moderate to challenging, five themed hiking trails, a dense network of high-mountain routes, and a Nordic walking network with 17 routes, for a total of 103 trails.
There are numerous high-quality sports facilities, such as the Maso Spilzi Golf Course, the Palafolgaria, soccer fields, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, and tennis centers.
The apartments are fully equipped, furnished in Tyrolean style, with spacious living rooms, a TV room, and a Tyrolean “Stuben” featuring a mini-club equipped to entertain young guests.
