The residence: located at an elevation of 800 meters, it sits on the outskirts of the village of Camporosso, 3 km from the center of Tarvisio. The complex consists of 139 apartments spread over 3 floors, built in a traditional style with sloping roofs and exposed wood.
Apartments: Studio apartment sleeping 3–4 people, with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed with a pull-out bed; Two-room apartment sleeping 5, with a double sleeper sofa in the living room, a bedroom with a single bed and 1 double sleeper sofa (or a loft with 1 single bed and 1 double sleeper sofa).
All of the apartments are equipped with a TV and a telephone; kitchenette equipped with 2 or 4 electric hot plates, a refrigerator, and dishes; Bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet.
Amenities: game room, ping-pong, gym, coin-operated laundry, and unguarded parking. Kids' club for children ages 5–12 with free games and activities, open 6 hours a day, 6 days a week. Entertainment provided by a specialized team, featuring evening shows and organized excursions in the area.
