The Residence: a brand-new property surrounded by greenery, just a stone's throw from downtown, built with attention to every detail and equipped with every comfort.
You'll enjoy complete freedom while being surrounded by every comfort. We have a large, fully equipped garden, a playground, a sun deck, a barbecue area, a bar with a TV lounge, a reading room, an internet corner, an elevator, and a heated ski and boot storage room.

Take the A22 Brenner Highway and exit at S. Michele all'Adige; continue on the SS43 toward Mezzolombardo and Cles, then continue on the SS42 toward Malé and Mezzana.
From Milan: Take the A4 exit at Seriate, then continue toward Boario Terme, Ponte di Legno, Passo del Tonale, and Mezzana.
