Located about 30 km south of Olbia, on the northeastern coast of Sardinia, it has grown up around the famous and beautiful beach of "La Cinta."
Facilities: Just a short walk from the center of San Teodoro, the apartments are located in a well-maintained residential complex of vacation homes and apartments arranged in a horseshoe shape around a central area, available to all guests. The property is surrounded by a garden featuring a manicured lawn, lush plants, and olive trees.
The apartments feature granite and stone finishes and ceilings with exposed wooden beams, and are all tastefully furnished with modern furniture and artistic handicrafts. They are located on the ground floor, with a covered veranda overlooking the shared garden and a small private patio in the back, or on the first floor, with a veranda overlooking the garden. They all come equipped with TVs with digital terrestrial broadcasts, private bathrooms, and low beds. The verandas are furnished with tables and chairs, and the spacious communal garden features deck chairs, sun loungers, and hammocks.
