It is a complex of just 36 residential units surrounded by a splendid, typically Mediterranean landscape. It overlooks a central garden area featuring an English-style lawn, a natural pond in the center, and groves of pine and willow trees: a cool and relaxing environment, ideal for children.
Just 800 meters away is “Sottomonte” Beach, facing the spectacular Tavolara Island, which can be reached on foot directly from the residence along a picturesque trail of remarkable natural beauty.
Nearby are “Cala Sassari” Beach and “Spiaggia Bianca,” where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, and enjoy beach bars as well as jet ski and pedal boat rentals.
The apartments: are furnished according to each owner’s personal taste; located on the ground floor or first floor with a terrace or patio suitable for outdoor living, they feature a reserved, covered parking space, a private entrance, a kitchenette, a washing machine, and a color satellite TV.
Within the complex, guests have free access to the tennis court and the shared freshwater swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September. The restaurant is open only in the evenings from April to September.
