Facilities: Mangia's Marmorata Sea View Resort is located in the municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura, the northernmost point of Sardinia, facing Corsica. This terraced architectural complex, consisting of two buildings—"La Maddalena" and "Caprera"—overlooks a beautiful beach of fine sand with direct access from the village and offers a breathtaking view of the islands of Spargi and Budelli.

Rooms: 597 rooms, many of which are quadruple rooms (two-room apartments), equipped with private bathrooms with showers, air conditioning, hair dryers, direct-dial phones, safes, and TVs.

Dining: 4 restaurants; the main one, "Gallura," is joined during the high season by the "Spargi" and "Le Terrazze" restaurants, which feature live cooking demonstrations and offer a stunning panoramic view of the sea. During the same period, "La griglia di Nettuno" near the beach is also open; reservations are required (at the front desk). Generous buffets, wine, water in a carafe, and draft beer. Each evening features a different theme: a Sardinian evening with local culinary specialties, a barbecue evening, a seafood evening with a lavish buffet and grilled fish, and finally, an elegant farewell evening. During the week, midnight snacks at the nightclub, and in the summer, snacks made with fresh fruit and drinks by the pool during the hottest part of the day. Note: For health and hygiene reasons, the hotel does not provide substitute packed lunches, not even on the day of departure. CELIAC DISEASE: The hotel does not specialize in preparing (cooking and serving) special gluten-free meals. Customers can mention this food intolerance when making a reservation so that, upon arrival at the property, a personalized menu can be arranged. Hotel staff can prepare meals using specific ingredients brought by the guest (along with any personal containers and utensils). All-Inclusive Plus Package, optional, includes: Open Bar from 10:00 a.m. to midnight with soft drinks, beer, tea, coffee, domestic liquors, wine, and cocktails. If requested, the package must be purchased at the travel agency at the time of booking by all occupants of the room.

Sports and recreational activities: two swimming pools equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas (while supplies last), a children's pool at the Mini Club, sailing, windsurfing, and canoeing; archery, beach volleyball, bocce, table tennis, tennis and soccer fields, group classes in sailing, windsurfing, tennis, and archery. Water sports are scheduled from May through September and are subject to weather conditions. Sports activities are available every day except Friday.

Entertainment: daytime and evening activities, including tournaments, group sports classes, pool and beach games, variety shows, cabaret, and performances (except on Fridays), as well as disco nights. For children: The Mini Club (ages 4–11) and the Junior Club (ages 12–16) are available during school breaks, open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on Fridays. Sports and recreational activities, including group classes in various sports, walks, and board games, as well as a large outdoor area equipped with playground equipment, slides, and a swimming pool.
