Check-in: We recommend paying the balance by bank check. We also accept SATISPAY. Keys are handed over between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Arrivals after 7:30 p.m. must be arranged in advance by calling 0789/755660. The balance must be paid by bank transfer a few days before the departure date, and the payment receipt must be sent to the reservations office (as with the deposit). Once the balance has been paid, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and instructions on how to retrieve the keys via WhatsApp. The day after your arrival, you will go to the office to pay the security deposit and the tourist tax, and to register your documents for public safety procedures.
Reception office hours: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. every day, including Sundays.
Check-out: strictly by 10:00 a.m. Evening check-out is possible only if arranged with the reception office and only if the apartment is not reoccupied that same day. This allows you to stay in the apartment until 8:00 PM at the latest by paying a supplement on-site equal to the daily rate minus 40%. In this case, the security deposit must be paid via bank transfer.
Security Deposit: €200.00, preferably by credit card as a guarantee or in cash. For departures before 9:00 a.m., the security deposit, if paid in cash, will be refunded via bank transfer.
This resort has a MANDATORY recycling program; details will be provided upon arrival. A €50.00 deduction will be made from the security deposit for anyone who leaves trash in the unit upon departure.

Final Cleaning: The guest is responsible for cleaning the kitchenette, dishes, and bathroom; otherwise, a fee of €50.00 will be charged. The unit must be returned free of trash; otherwise, an additional €50.00 will be charged.

Pets: €55.00 per pet as a mandatory final cleaning surcharge. Cats are not allowed.

Tourist tax: In accordance with current regulations, payment must be made in cash. (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of March 9, 2021, as amended).

Important Information

4. Upon arrival, in addition to the balance, you are required to pay the tourist tax in cash, as required by law.
   
5. €50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if you leave trash in the house upon departure.
   
6. For obvious safety reasons, service for household appliances is provided through official service channels and is therefore subject to their respective turnaround times. We cannot guarantee the proper functioning of ovens, dishwashers, or other small appliances left in the home by the owners.
   
7. TV: Due to the unreliability of the digital terrestrial signal, perfect reception cannot be guaranteed on days with poor reception.

Linen fee: bed and bath €3.00; bed only €2.00; bath only €1.00 per person per day (with weekly change). Kitchen linens not available.
Crib fee: €42.00 per week.
