The Castello di Gallura Residential Complex is located just a short walk from the sea, in the Porto Quadro area facing Corsica, in Santa Teresa Gallura. Approximately 70 apartments are elegantly integrated into an exclusive setting, featuring premium finishes and stone facades; at the heart of the complex lies a beautiful shared swimming pool, suitable for both adults and children.
Apartments: studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with private entrances, equipped with: parking space, a small sea-view balcony on the first floor, or a furnished veranda on the ground floor, and TV. Apartments with a washing machine and/or air conditioning are available (upon request at the time of booking). Two-bedroom apartments are laid out over two floors and feature two bathrooms.
Amenities: shared swimming pool, reception/caretaker service, and year-round security. Local amenities: equipped beach, beach bar. All shops and services are available in nearby Santa Teresa Gallura.

Check-in: We accept all types of payment, including SATISPAY.
Check-in from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Late check-in (after 7:30 PM) must be arranged in advance by calling +39 0789 755660. The balance must be paid in advance via bank transfer a few days before the departure date, and the payment receipt must be sent to the reservations office (as with the deposit). The day after arrival, please go to the office to pay the security deposit, tourist tax, and any other amounts due.
Early check-in: if possible, this must be arranged with the front desk.
Check-out: Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.
Late check-out: Evening check-out is available upon arrangement with the front desk only if the apartment is not being reoccupied that same day. This allows you to keep the apartment until, but no later than, 8:00 PM by paying a supplement on-site equal to the daily rate minus a 40% discount. In this case, the security deposit, if paid in cash, will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security Deposit: €200.00, preferably by credit card as a guarantee or in cash. For departures before 9:00 a.m., the security deposit—if paid in cash—will be refunded via bank transfer.
This resort has a MANDATORY recycling program; details will be provided upon arrival.
Final cleaning requirements: the cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes, and bathroom is the guest's responsibility; otherwise, a fee of €50.00 will be charged. Guests are also required to dispose of all rubbish before check-out, failing which an additional fee of €50.00 will apply.
Pets: not allowed
Tourist tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid in cash (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).

- We recommend paying the remaining balance by bank cheque. We also accept payments via SATISPAY.
- On-site assistance: 7 days a week, maintenance technician 6 days a week
- Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, a security deposit of €200.00 must be paid, which will be refunded upon departure. The deposit can also be provided via a credit card as a guarantee.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, the tourist tax must be paid in cash, as required by law.
- A fee of €50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if garbage is left in the property upon departure.
- For obvious safety reasons, appliance servicing is carried out through official support channels, and is therefore subject to their response times. The proper functioning of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners is not guaranteed..
