The "Zodiaco" Residence is located in Porto Pozzo, exactly halfway between the two beautiful towns of Santa Teresa Gallura and Palau in the Gallura region, and serves as an excellent starting point for visiting the numerous stunning beaches along Sardinia’s northeastern coast.
Blending harmoniously into the surrounding natural landscape, the complex is fully fenced with exclusive access for residents. It is organized into distinct architectural wings that, as the name suggests, are named after the different zodiac signs: “Aquarius,” “Capricorn,” “Aries,” etc.
The complex, consisting of 60 apartments, features terracotta walkways, granite arches and capitals, chestnut wood roofing, and exteriors painted in the warm colors of Sardinia. At its center is an exclusive and picturesque communal pool surrounded by expansive green spaces.
All residential units feature private parking (located within the complex), gardens, or spacious covered verandas where residents can enjoy the sea breeze in total relaxation on summer evenings.
Apartments are well-furnished and all equipped with a TV (where a satellite decoder is present, it is not TvSat), a balcony if on the first floor, or a covered veranda and garden if on the ground floor. They are furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor living.
Amenities: communal pool, reserved parking space, all the shops and services in the town of Porto Pozzo and those in nearby Santa Teresa.

Check-in: We recommend paying the balance by bank check. We also accept SATISPAY. Keys are handed over from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Arrivals after 7:30 p.m. must be arranged in advance by calling 0789/755660. The balance must be paid by bank transfer a few days before the departure date, and the payment receipt must be sent to the reservations office (as with the deposit). Once the balance has been paid, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and instructions on how to retrieve the keys via WhatsApp. The day after your arrival, you will go to the office to pay the security deposit and the tourist tax, and to register your documents for public safety purposes.
Reception office hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM every day, including Sundays.
Check-out: strictly by 10:00 a.m. Evening check-out is possible only if agreed upon with the reception office and only if the apartment is not being reoccupied that same day.
