Reception office hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM daily, including Sundays.

Arrival: All major payment methods are accepted.
Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Late check-in (after 7:30 p.m.) must be arranged in advance by calling the front desk at +39 0789 755660. In this case, the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer a few days before your arrival, and the payment receipt must be sent to the booking office (just like the deposit). Once the balance is settled and you have sent your ID documents for mandatory police registration, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and key collection instructions via WhatsApp. The day after your arrival, you will go to the office to pay the security deposit, the tourist tax, and any other amounts due.
Early Check-in: If possible, please coordinate this with the front desk.

Departure: check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM.
Late Check-out: Evening check-out is available upon arrangement with the front desk only if the apartment is not being reoccupied that same day. This allows you to keep the apartment until 8:00 p.m. at the latest by paying a surcharge on site equal to the daily rate minus 40%; in this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.

Security Deposit: €200.00, preferably by credit card as a guarantee, or in cash. For departures before 9:00 AM, if the deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.

This holiday complex follows a MANDATORY waste sorting program, the details of which will be provided upon arrival.

Final Cleaning: The guest is responsible for cleaning the kitchenette, dishes, and bathroom; otherwise, a fee of €50.00 will be charged. The unit must be returned free of trash; otherwise, an additional €50.00 will be charged.

Pets: €55.00 per pet as a mandatory final cleaning surcharge. Cats are not allowed.

Visitor's tax: as required by current regulations, payment must be made in cash. (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of March 9, 2021, as amended).

Important Information

1. We recommend paying the balance by check.
   
2. On-site assistance: 7 days a week; maintenance staff available 6 days a week
   
3. Upon arrival, in addition to the balance, you are required to pay a security deposit of €200.00, which will be refunded upon departure. The security deposit may also be provided via credit card as a guarantee.
   
4. Upon arrival, in addition to the balance, you are required to pay the tourist tax in cash, as required by law.
   
5. €50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit for anyone who leaves trash in the house upon departure.
   
6. For obvious safety reasons, service for appliances is provided through official service channels and is therefore subject to their respective turnaround times. We cannot guarantee the proper functioning of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the home by the owners.
   
7. TV: Due to the instability of the digital terrestrial signal, perfect reception cannot be guaranteed on days with poor reception.

Linen supplement: bed linen and towels €3.00; Bed only: €2.00; bathroom only: €1.00 per person per day (with weekly linens change). Kitchen linens are not provided.
Baby cot supplement: €42.00 per week.
