Reception hours: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. every day, including Sundays.
Check-in: We accept all types of payment, including SATISPAY.
Check-in from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Late check-in (after 7:30 PM) must be arranged in advance by calling 0789/755660. In this case, the balance must be paid via bank transfer a few days before the departure date, and the payment receipt must be sent to the reservations office (as with the deposit). Once the balance has been paid and the documents required for public safety procedures have been submitted, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and instructions on how to retrieve the keys via WhatsApp. The day after your arrival, you will go to the office to pay the security deposit, the tourist tax, and any other amounts due.
Early check-in: If possible, this must be arranged with the reception desk.
Departure: Check-out is strictly by 10:00 a.m.
Late check-out: Evening check-out may be arranged with the reception desk only if the apartment is not being reoccupied that same day. This allows you to keep the apartment until, but no later than, 8:00 PM by paying a supplement on-site equal to the daily rate minus a 40% discount. In this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security Deposit: €200.00, preferably by credit card as a guarantee or in cash. For departures before 9:00 a.m., the security deposit—if paid in cash—will be refunded via bank transfer.

Final cleaning: the kitchenette and dishes must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a €50.00 fee will be charged. All waste must be removed from the property before check-out, otherwise an additional €50.00 fee will apply.
Pets: a mandatory final cleaning surcharge of €55.00 applies per pet. Cats are not allowed.
Tourist tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid in cash. (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).
Good to know
- We recommend paying the remaining balance by bank check. We also accept payments via SATISPAY.
- On-site support: 7 days a week, maintenance service 6 days a week.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the outstanding balance, a security deposit of € 200.00 is required, which will be refunded upon departure. This deposit can also be secured via credit card as a guarantee.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the outstanding balance, the tourist tax must be paid in cash, as required by law.
- A fee of € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if garbage is left in the property upon departure.
- For obvious safety reasons, repairs and servicing of household appliances are handled through official technical support channels, and are subject to their specific response times. The correct operation of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners is not guaranteed.
