Sestriere lies straddling the Val Chisone and the Upper Susa Valley at an elevation of m. 2035 and is a renowned winter tourist destination, offering a wide variety of ski trails for both downhill and cross-country skiing. Over 400 km of slopes, 28 ski lifts, and a ski school with over 100 instructors.
The Residence: a modern residential complex consisting of two separate buildings, located a short distance from each other and from downtown.
The apartments: luxuriously furnished studio and three-room apartments, all with a spacious sun terrace and garage, equipped with every modern convenience: satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and refrigerator, private bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, and linens (partial).
Amenities and facilities: reception desk, bar, satellite TV and Sky lounge, free Wi-Fi area, bridge room, lounge, garage for each apartment, game rooms with table tennis and foosball, laundry and ironing facilities, and a fully equipped mini-club room. Spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and deck chairs. Playground, barbecue. There is a convenience store at the Palace 2 residence.
