Buggerru is located on the island’s southwestern coast and appears suddenly to visitors, nestled in a picturesque gorge that slopes gently down toward the sea, where there is a lovely, well-equipped marina and a wide, sheltered beach right next to the town. Our residence is located in this charming seaside town.

All around, the mountains tell the story of this little village: abandoned mining facilities, remarkable caves, and old tunnels.
To the south, the coastline features high cliffs, interrupted only by the beautiful Cala Domestica. On the other side, the vast beach of San Nicolò stretches all the way to the village of Portixeddu, with a vast hinterland of dunes and juniper forests.

The mining history of this town in the Iglesiente region has made Buggerru famous; it was once known as “Little Paris.”
In the summer, there's plenty of excitement and activities for every taste: surfing, diving, sailing, and "snacks" for foodies. Land and sea excursions, along with a packed schedule of events and festivals, will help turn your visit to Buggerru into an unforgettable vacation.
