The Bahja Residence is located on the Tyrrhenian coast, about 3 km from the town of Paola, nestled in lush and picturesque Mediterranean scrub. The property covers an area of over one hectare and overlooks the sea directly, with direct access via an underpass to a private beach. A series of internal paths leads to the heart of the village, where you’ll find all the sports facilities, entertainment options, the Germinal Club for children, and dining options.
Apartments: These two-story townhouses with private entrances are equipped with the latest amenities. They feature a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, and a TV (both available upon request and for an additional fee), as well as a furnished patio (if on the ground floor) or a furnished balcony (if on the first floor).
Services and facilities: three-level swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer field, beach volleyball court, mini-market, bar, restaurant, children’s playroom, Mini Club, entertainment, unguarded on-site parking, private beach with one umbrella and two lounge chairs per apartment (mandatory service available for a fee).
