Our apartments, located in the heart of a charming village equipped with all essential amenities, are functionally and fully furnished according to the personal taste of each individual owner, guaranteeing all the comfort you need for a wonderful holiday. All units are equipped with a TV. Apartments with a washing machine and/or air conditioning and/or a sea view are also available (upon request at the time of booking).
Amenities: restaurant, pizzeria, bar, tobacconist, mini-market, petrol station, pharmacy, boat mooring and rental, excursions to the archipelago islands, and a traditional beachfront restaurant.

Reception office hours: 09:00 – 12:30 and 16:00 – 20:00 daily, including Sundays.
Arrival: We accept all forms of payment, including SATISPAY.
Check-In from 17:00 to 19:30.
Late check-in (after 19:30) must be arranged in advance by calling +39 0789 755660. In this case, the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer a few days before your arrival date, and the payment receipt must be sent to the booking office (just like the deposit). Once the balance is paid and you have sent your guest identification documents for mandatory police registration, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and key collection instructions via WhatsApp. The following day, please visit our office to pay the security deposit, tourist tax, and any other outstanding balances.
Early check-in: subject to availability and to be agreed in advance.
Departure: Check-out is strictly by 10:00.
Late check-out: an evening departure may be arranged with the reception desk, only if the apartment is not occupied by other guests arriving on the same day. This allows you to keep the apartment until no later than 20:00, for an additional fee equal to the daily rate discounted by 40% (to be paid on-site). In this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security Deposit: € 200.00, preferably via credit card pre-authorisation as a guarantee, or in cash. For departures before 09:00, cash deposits will be refunded via bank transfer.

Final cleaning: the kitchenette and dishes must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a €50.00 fee will be charged. All waste must be removed from the property before check-out, otherwise an additional €50.00 fee will apply.
Pets: a mandatory final cleaning surcharge of €55.00 applies per pet. Cats are not allowed.
Tourist tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid in cash. (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).
Good to know
- We recommend paying the remaining balance by bank check. We also accept payments via SATISPAY.
- On-site support: 7 days a week, maintenance service 6 days a week.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the outstanding balance, a security deposit of € 200.00 is required, which will be refunded upon departure. This deposit can also be secured via credit card as a guarantee.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the outstanding balance, the tourist tax must be paid in cash, as required by law.
- A fee of € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if garbage is left in the property upon departure.
- For obvious safety reasons, repairs and servicing of household appliances are handled through official technical support channels, and are subject to their specific response times. The correct operation of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners is not guaranteed.
