Starts with handover of keys from 17.00 to 21.00 with definate closure at 10.00.

Departures:
€ 100.00 deposit to be returned upon departure.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

On site assistance the weekly consumption includes change of bedroom linen, water, electricity and gas: € 25.00 per person. Bathroom and kitchen linen not available.

Final Cleaning Fee: € 50.00 per apartment, excluding kitchen area, to be handled direclty by the client.
€ 52.00 per animal, final cleaning fee supplement obbligatory, small breed animals accepted to be requested upon booking.
