Situated at approximately meters from the historic center of Tropea in a spledid panoramic postition above the sea.
The small structure is composed of 35 apartments recently built, they all have coin washing machines and external car park. The apartments: all with indipendant entrance, well furnished, air conditioning, Colour TV with satelite antenna, direct telephone line, kitchen area, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and microwave oven, (upon request), large panoramic balcony. Two room apartment 4 persons with double bedroom, 2 beds in the lounge and two room apartment 6 persons the same as the two room apartment for 4 persons but larger with a small room with bunk beds. Services: in the vicinity all the shops and services offered by the village. Beach: The lido equiped beach is found at 200 mt. reachable by foot through a side street. On site assistance consumption includes electricity, water, gas, air conditioning and bathroom and bedroom linen and final cleaning excluding kitchen area to be handled directly by the client: included in the price of the location. |
There is also a €30.00 obligatory final cleaning supplement per pet. Small pets welcome. Carte club facultative: optional to be paid on site, from the age of 3 € 25.00 per person per week includes: beach service at the Lido with one umbrella and 2 sun beds per apartment, transfer from and to the station of Tropea, on site assistance. |
