Cannigione, is situated on the North West Coast of Sardinia, belonging to the beautiful waters of the Arzachena golf, which has always been considered a natural port.
It is a very well known village center, which has the fortune of being positioned centrally, compared to the beaches and turist destinations of the Costa Smeralda.
The golf offers several beaches, all at easy reach and all free. Those of the west coast, not touched, can be easily reached by boat or by car in only minutes.

The apartments: are spreadout in the residential complexes of the location, all furnished, on ground floor or first floor with either a veranda or gardens, they all offer washing machines and colour satelite TV and some also have double bathrooms.

Arrivals:
handover of keys from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. , final closing time 10 a.m.
Arrivals after 8.30 p.m. Latecomers should call and will have to pay the following surcharges according to their arrival time after 8 p.m.: €25.00 up to 10.00p.m.; €50.00 up to midnight; after midnight to be agreed.

Departures:
€ 200.00 deposit, returnable upon departure. If the departure is out of reception office hours the deposit will be returned via post.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

On site assistance and weekly consumption, including water, electricity and gas: € 45,00 One room apartment; €50.00 Two room apartment; €55.00 Three room apartment; €70.00 Four room apartment.

Final cleaning charge: One room apartment € 45,00; Two room apartment € 50.00, Three room apartment € 55.00, Four room apartment €70.00 excluding cooking area, which must be cleaned by the client failure to do so will give rise to an extra surcharge of €25.00.
There is also a € 50.00 obligatory final cleaning supplement per pet.

Special facilities available on request

Weekly surcharge for additional beds: € 50.00 per week, to be requested upon booking.
Linen surcharge: € 20.00 per person per week. Kitchen linen not available.
Weekly supplement for apartments with Air Conditioning: € 15.00 June and September; € 20.00 July; € 30.00 August.
Colour TV supplement: € 40.00 per week.
Supplement for washing machine: € 10.00 per week.
