Departures:
€100.00 deposit, returned upon departure.

On site assistance and consumption, including water, electricity and gas and final cleaning excluding cooking area which must be cleaned by the client upon penalty of an extra € 35.00 charge: One room apartment 2 € 42.00, One room apartment 4 Two room apartment € 84.00; Three room apartment € 60,00; € 154,00 Villa.

Small pets allowed at extra € 35.00 per week.

Linen Supplement: for beds € 13.00; for bathroom € 7.00; per person per week, to be requested at booking;
Supplements for additional beds: € 35.00 for week to be requested at booking;
Cot supplement: € 35.00 for week to be requested at booking;
Colour TV supplement: € 35.00 per week, to be requested upon booking.
