The structure is newly built, it faces the extreme point of the Gulf of Cugnana in front of Porto Rotondo in the location of "Li Tauli", at only 5 Km. from the famous and wonderful beach of Rena Bianca in Costa Smeralda.

The structure is composed of only 12 apartments, all with sea vew and terrace or patio.
Each apartment has a large living room with a double bed, kitchen area, a single settee bed and a bathroom.
They all have colour TV, oven, air conditioning cold/hot, car park. The apartments are positioned in a large fenced area enriched by mediterranean greenery of rare beauty. In the complex you may find free of charge for our clients a laundrette.

Services: at 1,5 Km tabacconist, newsagent and small market, the port of Portisco with its beautiful walk, shops, bars and restaurants.
