Costa Rei is the most important tourist resort in the municipality of Muravera, on the south-east coast of Sardinia.
It is particularly famous for its beautiful, long white sandy beach, which still offers vast unspoilt spaces.

The residential complex consists of detached and terraced villas, which are attractively furnished and stand in groups or on their own, sometimes on the first floor.
All the apartments have an independent entrance and garden, a covered veranda and an outdoor barbecue.
All the villas have convenient access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia (at a distance of 100-1.200 metres).

Sea Area Maximum 400 mt distance
Central Area On the road, from the sea distant only 500 to 1.200 mt,
Ginestre Area in a panoramic position with sea view, distant only 200 to 700 mt.

The beach offers a range of different activities: boat hire and boat trips, scuba diving, surfing, water skiing and much more.

Arrivals:
handover of the keys from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., final closing time 10 a.m.
Arrivals after 9 p.m. have to be agreed upon booking and will have to pay the following supplement of € 30.00.

Departures:
€100.00 deposit, returnable upon departure.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

Consumption (obligatory for everyone over 2 years old): On site assistance and consumption, including a change of bedroom linen water, electricity and gas: € 35.00 per person per week.

Final cleaning charge: One bedroom € 57.00; Two bedrooms € 62.00; Three bedroom € 90.00, excluding kitchenette to be cleaned by guest.
final cleaning surcharge of € 25.00 for each pet .
