Arrivals:
from 18.00 to 20.00 with handover of keys, coming to an absolute close at 10.00 a.m.
For arrivals after 20.00 should be comunicated in the event of no comunication or however after 2.00 the rooms will be available only the following day. Arrivals between 22.00 and 2.00 will have an extra charge of € 60.00.

Departures:
€200.00 deposit, returned upon departure.

On site assistance and consumption including a change of bathroom and bedroom linen (with double bed made up on arrival), weekly consumptions electricity, water, gas and TV: € 43.00 per person per week (children under 5 excluded).

Final cleaning Fee: One bedroom € 65.00; Two bedroom € 75.00; excluding kitchenette, dishes and bathroon to be cleaned by guest, which must be cleaned by the client upon penalty of an extra € 60.00 charge.
Pets: Small breed animals allowed, only upon request at the moment of booking, excluding comunal areas. To pay upon arrival € 50.00 for the final cleaning.

Imposta di soggiorno: € 0,25 per persona al giorno, minori di 12 anni esclusi, obbligatoria dal 01 Aprile al 31 Ottobre. L'imposta non si applica dal 16 giorno, per soggiorni superiori ai 15 giorni consecutivi senza interruzioni nelle strutture extra alberghiere.

Cot supplement0/3 years of age: € 30.00 per week to be requested upon booking.
Extra Linen Supplement: € 15.00 for bedroom linen, €7.00 for bathroom linen, kitchen linen and blankets not available.
Washing machine supplement: € 50.00 per week, to be requested upon booking.
Supplement for Air Conditioning: € 60.00 per week, to be requested upon booking.
