Arrivals:
from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with handover of keys, coming to an absolute close at 10 a.m.
Arrivals after 9 p.m. (however within 1.00) have to be comunicated and an extra fee of € 25.00 will be charged.

Departures:
€150.00 deposit, returned upon departure. In the event of departures before 9.00 a.m. on the morning of departure, the deposit will be returned by post.

On site assistance and weekly consumption, including water, electricity and gas: € 50.00 Two room apartment 2; € 70.00 Two room apartment 4; € 90.00 Three room apartment 5/6; Four room apartment 6 €100.00.

Final cleaning fee Two room apartment 2 €50.00; Two room apartment 4 €50.00; Three room apartment 5/6 €60.00, Four room apartment 6 €70.00, excluding cooking area and dishes which must be cleaned by the client upon penalty of an extra €50.00 charge.
There is also a € 30,00 obligatory final cleaning supplement per pet.

Weekly supplements for additional beds: €35.00 per week, to be requested upon booking;
Cot supplement: €35.00 per week, to be requested upon booking;
Linen supplement: € 8.00 for bedroom linen, €8.00 for bathroom linen, per person per week. Kitchen linen not available, to be requested upon booking.
