Arrivals:
from 5 p.m. to 20 p.m. with handover of keys, coming to an absolute close at 09.30 a.m.
Arrivals after 8 p.m. Must be disclosed. In the case of arrivals after 20:00 will have an extra € 25.00; arrivals after 24:00 € 50.00.


Departures:
€150.00 deposit, returned upon departure. If the departure is out of reception office hours the deposit will be returned via post.

Local assistance and weekly consumption (electricity, water, gas): €20.00 for person.

Final cleaning fee: One room apartment € 60.00, Two room apartment € 65.00, Three room apartment € 70.00, Four room apartment € 80.00, excluding cooking area, dishes and bathroom, which must be cleaned by the client upon penalty of an extra € 40.00 charge.
There is also a € 50.00 obligatory final cleaning supplement per pet.

The club card is obligatory: from 5 years old, € 20.00 per person per week from 2th June to 1th September includes: gymnastics, aerobics, beach volleyball, beach tennis, sports activities and tournaments at the beach club. Evening entertainment and dancing with a baby-dance, piano bar in the central square of the village. Sardinian dances and folk evenings.

Soft membership low season: optional from five years € 18,00 per person per week from 26 May to 02 June and from September 1st to September 15th includes: umbrella and chairs on the beach until exhaustion, canoes, pedal boats at fixed times, gymnastics, sports on the beach, evening entertainment.

Linen supplement: bedroom and bathroom linen € 22.00 per person per wee. Kitchen linen not available.
Colour TV supplement: € 50.00 per week, to be requested upon booking.
Climate Rental: € 80.00 per week to be requested upon booking, upon availability.
Mid week cleaning: € 40.00 One room apartment and two room apartment; € 50.00 Three room and four room apartment.
