Arrivals:
starts with handover of keys from 17,00 to 21,30 and definate closure within 10,00.
Arrivals after 21.30 have to be agreed before arrival, if not you will be charged a supplement of € 50,00.

Departures:
€ 200,00 deposit to be returned upon departure. If the departure is out of reception office hours the deposit will be returned via post.

Forfait servizi e consumi settimanali comprendenti luce, acqua, gas, un posto auto e uso della piscina attrezzata: € 155,00 Villa Exclusive 4; € 185,00 Villa Exclusive 6; € 245,00 Villa Exclusive 8; € 285,00 Villa Exclusive 10.

Rifinitura pulizia finale: € 80,00 Villa Exclusive 4; € 90,00 Villa Exclusive 6; € 100,00 Villa Exclusive 8; € 100,00 Villa Exclusive 10, escluso angolo di cottura a carico del cliente altrimenti verranno addebitati € 50,00.
Animali ammessi su richiesta di piccola taglia con supplemento di € 30,00 di pulizia finale, da richiedere alla prenotazione.

Linen Supplement: € 10.00 only bed; €10.00 only bathroom per person per week to be requested upon booking.
