Arrivals:
starts with handover of keys from 17,00 to 21,30 and definate closure within 10,00.
Arrivals after 21.30 have to be agreed before arrival, if not you will be charged a supplement of € 50.00.

Departures:
€ 200.00 deposit to be returned upon departure. If the departure is out of reception office hours the deposit will be returned via post.

Consumption, including water, electricity and gas: € 35.00 per person per week, from 3 years.

Final cleaning charge: Two room apartment 2/3 € 50.00,Two room apartment 4 € 60.00, Three room apartment 4 € 70.00, Three room apartment 6 € 80.00, excluding cooking area, which must be cleaned by the client failure to do so will give rise to an extra surcharge of €50.00.
€ 30.00 per animal final cleaning supplement obbligatory, small breed animals accepted to be requested upon booking.

Linen Supplement: € 10.00 only bed; €10.00 only bathroom per person per week to be requested upon booking.
Cot Supplement: € 30.00 per week, to be requested upon booking.
Extra bed Supplement: € 50.00 per week, to be requested upon booking.
