Arrivals:
starts with handover of keys from 17,00 to 21,30 and definate closure within 10,00.
Arrivals after 21.30 have to be agreed before arrival, if not you will be charged a supplement of € 50,00.

Departures:
€ 100,00 deposit to be returned upon departure. If the departure is out of reception office hours the deposit will be returned via post.

Weekly consumption, including electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels, color TV, swimming pool: € 40.00 per person from 3 years.

Final cleaning fee: One room apartment € 60.00, Two room apartment € 80.00, Three room apartment € 90.00, excluding cooking area, dishes and bathroom, which must be cleaned by the client, upon penalty of an extra € 30.00 charge.

Cot supplement: € 40.00 for week to be requested upon booking.
Supplement for Air Conditioning: € 45.00 per week, to be requested upon booking.
Garage: € 45.00 per week to be requested upon booking.
