Baia Caddinas is a tourist resort mainly adjacent to the village of Golfo Aranci, composed almost exclusively of complex of holiday homes and villas, a few miles from the famous resort of Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo.
The holiday houses: residential complexes are located in small and variously located in the resort.

The apartments with garden and covered veranda on the ground floor and a covered terrace on the first floor, some with sea views, satellite TV and washing machine.

Services: a short distance there are restaurants, pizzeria, bar, market. For a fee, rent pedal boats and jet skis, windsurfing, beach umbrellas and sunbeds. Nearby nightclubs for a busy social life.

Arrivals:
starts with handover of keys from 17,00 to 21,30 and definate closure within 10,00.
Arrivals after 21.30 have to be agreed before arrival, if not you will be charged a supplement of € 50.00.

Departures:
€ 200.00 deposit to be returned upon departure. If the departure is out of reception office hours the deposit will be returned via post.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

Consumptions include electricity, water and gas: € 35.00 per person per week, from 3 years.

Final cleaning charge: Two room apartment 2/3 € 50.00, Two room apartment 4 € 60.00,Three room apartment 4 € 70.00, Three room apartment 6 € 80.00, excluding cooking area, which must be cleaned by the client failure to do so will give rise to an extra surcharge of €50.00.
€ 30.00 per animal final cleaning supplement obbligatory, small breed animals accepted to be requested upon booking.
