The structure of its proximity to the sea, is particularly suitable for all ages from families with children, young people and the elderly.

The apartments: they can be on the ground floor or first floor, are equipped with TV, kitchenette, terrace or veranda or shaded.

Arrivals:
Starts with handover of keys from 17,00 onwards with absolute closure at 10,00.

Departures:
€100.00 deposit, returned upon departure

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

Assistance and weekly consumption, including water, electricity and gas, entertainment, kids club, use of services and swimming pool, a parking space in parking uncovered and unguarded, beach service (beach umbrella and two sun beds per apartment): included in the price of the lease.

Final cleaning charge: One room apartment € 40.00, Two room apartment € 45.00, Three room apartment € 50.00; excluding kitchenette, dishes to be cleaned by guest, failure to do so will be charged an extra surcharge of € 30.00.

Small pets allowed: with daily supplement: Period "A" for free; Period "B" and "L" € 0.50; Period "C" and "H" € 1.50; Period "D" € 2.50; Period "E" € 3.00 ; Period "F" € 4.50; Period "G" € 5.00.

Club Card: free.

Special facilities available on request

Linen supplement: € 6.00 bed per person per change, towels € 1.00 per person for each change. Kitchen linen not available.
Cot: € 40.00 per week.
Supplement air conditioning € 40.00 Studio and bedroom; Three room apartment € 50.00, per week on request when booking.
