Arrivals:
starts with handover of keys from 17,00 to 21,30 and definate closure within 10,00.
Arrivals after 21.30 have to be agreed before arrival, if not you will be charged a supplement of € 50,00.

Departures:
€ 200,00 deposit to be returned upon departure. If the departure is out of reception office hours the deposit will be returned via post.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

Consumptions include electricity, water and gas: € 35.00 per person per week, from 3 years.

Final Cleaning Fee: € 50.00 Two room apartment 3; € 60.00 Two room apartment 4; € 70,00 Three room apartment 4/5; € 80.00 Three room apartment 6, excluding kitchen area, this is to be handled directly by the client, otherwise an extra charge of € 50.00.
Small breed animals allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 for final cleaning costs, to be requested upon booking.
