Buggerru Residence

On the south east side of the island Buggerru appears suddenly, set in a suggestive gorge which rolls softly down towards the sea, where we find a charming , fully equipped, port and wide beach on the leeward side of the village.

The mountains around tell the story of this little village: abandoned mineral plants, old mining shafts and remarkable caverns.
Towards the south, the coast offers towering cliffs broken only by the splendid "Cala Domestica".
On the other side, the vast beach of San Nicolò extends to the village of Portixeddu, with an extensive interior of dunes and Juniper woods.

The mining history of this location in " Iglesias" have made Buggerru famous, it was once known as "little Paris".
In summer there is a lot of movement, with activities for all tastes: surfing, diving, sailing and mouth watering snacks!
