Arrivals:
starts with the hand over of key from 18,00 to 20,00 with a definate closure within 10,00.
All arrivals due after 20.00 must be comunicated, in the case of no warning and however after 3.00 the clients will be greeted and given the rooms the following day. The arrivals between 22.00 and 2.00 will have an extra charge of € 60.00.

Departures:
€ 300.00 deposit which will be returned upon departure.

The Structures:
Three room apartment 4: living room with small kitchen area, two double rooms, bathroom with shower, garden and or terrace.
Four room apartment 6/2: living room with small kitchen area, two double rooms, a single room with low beds or sometimes bunk beds, two bathrooms with shower, garden and or terrace.

Assistance and consumption include a change of bedroom linen (with double bed already made upon arrival) and bathroom linen, water, electricity and gas: € 50.00 per week per person, starting from 5 years of age.

Final cleaning fee: Three bedroom apartment € 95.00; four bedroom apartment € 120.00; excluding kitchen area, utensils and fridge, this must be handled directly by the client, if not you will be charged an extra fee of € 60.00.
Animals not allowed.
