Sestriere rises between Val Chisone and l'Alta Valle Susa at an altitude of 2035 mt it is a well known winter tourist center. Enriched by slopes for alpine skiing and normal skiing. Over 400 Km of slopes, 28 ski lifts and over 100 ski teachers.

The Residence: modern residential structure made up of two seperate flats, it is situated on the mountain side of Sestriere, in the heart of the valley, at a short distance from the ski lifts, easily reachable thanks to its mini bus service which operates during the day.

The apartments: one room and two room apartments, elegantly furnished they come with a large terrace to sunbath and garare, they offer all modern conforts, satelite TV, direct telephone, kitchen area with dishwasher and fridge, private bathrooms with shower and linen.

The entertainment offers a holiday program made up of skiing, evening and afternoon entertainment, tournaments, aerobica, live shows and much more.

Arrivals:
Starts with handover of keys from 18,00 onwards, with definate closure at 10,00.
Stays Saturday / Saturday excluding periods "B", "C", "D" "E" and F ".
Period "A" free stay minimum 3 nights arriving choice.

Departures:
€ 250.00 deposit to be returned upon departure. Period C € 500.00.

The structures:
One room apartment 2 pax: one room apartment composed on large living room with double bed settee or double bed. Car park in garage unmanned.
One room apartment 4 pax: large one room apartment 4 persons composed by living room with double bed settee and sleeping area with bunk beds. Car park in garage unmanned.
Two room apartment 6 pax: two room apartment 6 persons composed by living room with double bed settee or double bed, double bedroom and a single room with bunk beds. Car park in garage unmanned.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

On site assistance, consumption includes electricity, water, gas, heating, bathroom linen and final cleaning, excluding kitchen area to be handled directly by client, otherwise a supplement of € 100.00: included in the price of the location.

Pets allowed on request and extra charge of € 100.00.

Tessera Club Obbligatory: per apartment per week until 10/04 (excluding period A and B), includes all the services offered by the entertainment team.
Two room apartment period "C" and "D" € 250,00; € 185,00 in the remaining periods.
One room apartment period "C"and "D" € 150,00; € 130,00 in the remaining periods.
