This residential town is located at around 30 km to the south of Olbia, on Sardinia’s north-east coast. It has developed around the famous “La Cinta” beach.
An ideal destination for those who in addition to enjoying the beautiful sea of Sardinia did not want to give up the nightlife entertainment offers.

Like all major towns, it offers a full range of services, including an emergency medical service and all kinds of sports facilities.

We can offer two different forms of accommodation:
"Case Vacanze Mare In": dotted around the town, including many new apartments with modern furnishings.
"Residence Le Canne": a residential holiday home complex right on the beach.

Arrivals:
from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with handover of keys, coming to an absolute close at 10 a.m.
Arrivals after 8 p.m. have to be agreed upon booking.

Departures:
€ 150.00 deposit, returned upon departure.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

Consumption (obligatory for everyone over 2 years old): (per prenotazioni di una settimana minimo 3 quote per appartamento) € 35.00 per person per week, inclusive of electricity, water and gas and final cleaning, excluding kitchenette, dishes and bathroon to be cleaned by guest, which must be cleaned by the client upon penalty of an extra € 25.00 charge.
