Starts with handover of kezs from 15,30 to 19,00 with definate closure between 7,30 and 10,00.
Arrivals after 19.00. For arrivals after these hours, without warning, we will require a supplement of € 25.00.

Departures:
€ 100.00 deposit to be returned upon departure.

The structuresThe one room apartments offer a living room with settee bed, kichen area, double bedroom seperated by sliding wooden walls and bathroom with shower. The three room apartments offer a living room with settee bed and single bed, kitchen area, a double bedrrom and a single room with bunk beds seperated by sliding wooden walss, bathroom with shower. They do not have telephones.

On site assistance consumption includes electricity, water, gas:
€ 60.00 per apartment for a week;
€ 80.00 per apartment for two weeks;
€ 100.00 per apartment for three weeks.

Final Cleaning Fee: € 40.00 per apartment structure, if handled by the client.
€ 40.00 final cleaning supplement obbligatory for animals. Small breed animals accepted to be requested upon booking.

Cot Supplement: € 25.00 per week to be requested upon booking (children upto 3 years if age).
Linen Supplement: Bedroom and bathoom set € 12.00, per person per week. Kitchen linen not available.
