The Val di Sole is the ideal spot for sporting holidays as well as for those who want to spend a holiday in total relax, the Val di Sole is dislocated in the National Park of the Stelvio, in a spledid position between the groups of teh Adamello-Presanella and of Ortles-Cevedale.
The beauty of the nature and the hospitality of its people, make this valley a wonderful holiday destination.

The apartments in traditional style situated in villas or lived in houses in the various villages of the Val di Sole (in the villages of Pellizzano, Ossana, Commezzadura).
They are very spacious, warm and furnished with taste. Some also offer terraces and garages. Most of them are connected with Marilleva 900 thanks to a free mini bus service.

By Car:
From Lombardia across the Passo Tonale.
From the motorway A22 Modena-Brennero exit at the toll gate of S.Michele all'Adige and follow for Cles - Male - Mezzana.
By Train:
Get of at Trento, with the electric train follow until Malè, from here a bus or taxi until Mezzana, Marilleva, Pellizzano.

Ad integrazione delle Condizioni Generali 2012 del Contratto di Vendita Pag. 145 del catalogo.
Arrivals:
Starts with handover of kezs from 16.00 to 19.00 with definate closure between 7.30 and 10.00.
Arrivals after 19.00. For arrivals after these hours, without warning, we will require a supplement of €25.00.

Departures:
€ 100.00 deposit to be returned upon departure.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

On site assistance consumption includes electricity, water, gas:
€ 60.00 per apartment for a week;
€ 80.00 per apartment for two weeks;
€ 100.00 per apartment for three weeks.

Final Cleaning Fee: € 40.00 for every type of apartment structure, excluding kitchen area and utensils, to be handled directly by the client.
€ 40.00 for every animal, final cleaning supplement, to be requested upon booking.

Special facilities available on request

Cot Supplement: € 25.00 per week to be requested upon booking (for children upto 3 years of age).
Linen Supplement: Bedroom and bathroom set € 12.00, per person per week. Kitchen linen not available.
