Arrivals:
Starts with handover of key from 17.00 to 21.00 with definate closure at 10,00.

Departures:
€ 100.00 deposit to be returned upon departure.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

On site assistance and weekly consumption include bedrooom linen change, water, electricity and gas: € 25.00 per person. Children 0/3 years old free. Bathroom and kitchen linen not available.

Final Cleaning Fee: € 50.00 per apartment, excluding kitchen area to be handled directly by the client.
€ 52.00 per animal final cleaning fee obbligatory, only small breed animals to be requested upon booking.

Special facilities available on request

Tessera Club Optional: at the Residence Club "La Baia D'Oro" at approximately 1500 mt from 16/06 to 09/09 per person per week, children from 5 years of age to 10 years of age € 27.00; € 40.00 Adults includes: beach games, miniclub from 4 uptil 10 years of age included at fixed times, shows with games, cabaret, music evenings, group dancing and Latin American, tennis, five a side football, gym, water gym and aerobica.

Optional Beach Service: c/o the residence club "Golden Bay" at 1500 m. a.c. from 16/06 to 14/07 and from 25/08 to 08/09 € 25.00 per week per apartment, € 35.00 for the remaining periods.
