Arrivals:
starts with handover of keys from 17,00 to 21,00 definate closure at 10,00.

Departures:
€ 100,00 deposit to be returned upon departure. For departures before 07,00 in the morning the deposit will be sent via post.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

On site assistance weekly consumption includes a change of bedroom linen, air conditioning, water, electricity and gas: € 30,00 per person from 03 years of age. Bathroom and kitchen linen not available.

Final Cleaning Fee: € 45,00 per apartment, excluding kitchen area, to be handled directly by the client.
€ 60,00 per animal, final cleaning fee obbligatory, small breed animals allowed to be requested upon booking.

Tessera Club obbligatory: € 30,00 per person per week from 03 years of age, from 30/05 to 12/9 every day excluding Saturday includes: miniclub from 04 to 10 years of age at fixed times, game shows, cabaret, music evenings, group dancing and Latin American dancing, use of the swimming pool, water gym, aerobica, mini bus service from and to the beach at fixed times.
