General Terms and Conditions

Arrivals:
Starts with handover of keys starting from 17,00 to 21,00 with definate closure 9,00.

Departures:
€ 100,00 deposit to be returned upon departure.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

On site assistance and consumptions include electricity, water, gas and comunal washing machine.
Included in the price of the location.

Final Cleaning Fee:
€ 30,00 per apartment, excluding kitchen area, this is to be handled directly by the client.
€ 10,00 per animal, supplement for obbligatory final cleaning fee.

Special facilities available on request

Extra Bed Supplement:
€ 50,00 per week from 12.07 to 30.08; € 30,00 per week for the remaining period, to be requested upon booking.
Linen Supplement:
Bedroom and bathroom linen € 13,00; only bed € 8,00, only bathroom € 5,00 per person per week. Kitchen linen not available.
Colour TV Supplement:
€ 15,00 per week.
Air Conditioning Supplement:
€ 50,00 per week, to be requested upon booking.
