Arrivals:
from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with handover of keys, coming to an absolute close at 10 a.m.
Arrivals after 7 p.m. Must be disclosed. In the case of arrivals after 23:00 will have an extra € 25.00.


Departures:
€100.00 deposit, returned upon departure. In the event of departures before 9.00 a.m. on the morning of departure, the deposit will be returned by post.

On site assistance and consumption, including a change of bedroom linen, water, electricity and gas: € 30.00 per week per person.

Final cleaning fee: Two room apartment € 55.00, Three room apartment € 60.00, excluding cooking area, dishes and bathroom, which must be cleaned by the client upon penalty of an extra € 30.00 charge.
There is also a € 25.00 obligatory final cleaning supplement per pet. Small pets welcome.

Carte club facultative children aged 3 to 12 € 20.00, Adults € 38.00 per person per week, inclusive of: collectivecourses, evening entertainment with cabaret acts and games,Germinal Club 3/10, Germinal Teens 10/13, windsurf.

Linen supplement: € 7.00 for bathroom linen, per person per week. Kitchen linen not available.
