Arrivals:
from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with handover of keys, coming to an absolute close at 10 a.m.
Arrivals after 8 p.m. Delays are not permitted due to dinner stops after disembarking. The restaurants in your holiday village will be open when you get there.
Late comers should call +390789755660 and will have to pay the following supplements on the basis of their arrival time after 9 p.m.: €50.00 up to 10.30 p.m.; €77.00 up to midnight; €129.00 after midnight.

Departures:
€150.00 deposit, returned upon departure. In the event of departures before 7.00 a.m. on the morning of departure, the deposit will be returned by post.
Evening Departure Supplement: Bookable only the day prior to departure and only if the apartment is not already booked. Allows you to keep the apartment until 20.00. The cost is that of a day with a 40% discount. In this case the deposit will be sent via post or by bank swift.

On site assistance and weekly consumption, including water, electricity and gas: Adults €19.00; children upto 12 years €9.50.

Final cleaning fee: One room apartment €44.00, Two room apartment €52.00, Three room apartment €64.00, excluding cooking area, dishes and bathroom, which must be cleaned by the client upon penalty Cleaning on the day of departure.

The apartments do not provide coffee machines.

Weekly supplement for apartments with Two Bathrooms: Periods "A" and "B" €11.00; Periods "C" and "M" €19.00; Periods "D" and "E" € 26.00; Periods "F", "G", "H" and "L" €44.00.
Supplements for additional beds: Period "A", "B" ,"C" and "M" € 27.00; Period "D" and "E" € 53.00; Period "F", "G" ,"H" and "L" € 75.00.
Mattress supplement for sofa bed: € 25.00.
Cot supplement: Period "A","B" ,"C" and "M" € 17.00; Period "D" and "E" € 22.00; Period "F", "G" ,"H" and "L" € 31.00.
Supplement for apartments with washing machine: € 20.00 per week.
Linen supplement: for complete bedroom and bathroom linen € 20.00; bedroom only € 12.00, bathroom only € 9.00, per person per week. Kitchen linen not available.
