Arrivals:
handover of the keys from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., final closing time 10 a.m.
Arrivals after 21.00 have to be agreed upon booking and will have to pay the following supplement of € 30.00.


Departures:
€100.00 deposit, returnable upon departure.

Consumption (obligatory for everyone over 2 years old):
On site assistance and consumption, including a change of bedroom linen, water, electricity and gas:
€35.00 per person per week.

Final cleaning charge: One bedroom € 57.00; Two bedrooms € 62.00 excluding kitchenette to be cleaned by guest.
final cleaning surcharge of € 25.00 for each pet .
