Torre dell'Orso is a well known and equiped seaside resort of Salento, situated on the Adriatic sea at approximately 10 Km from Otranto.
It is positioned between two cliffs and protected by low dunes of beautiful green pines.

Arrivals:
Starts with handover of keys from 17,00 to 21,00 with definate closure at 10,00.

Departures:
€ 100.00 deposit to be returned upon departure.

Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival

On site assistance weekly consumption includes change of bedroom linen, water, electricity and gas: € 25.00 per person. Bathroom and kitchen linen not available.

Final Cleaning Fee: € 45.00 per apartment, excluding kitchen area, to be handled directly by the client.
€ 52.00 per animal, final cleaning supplement obbligatory, to be requested upon booking.
