Residence with entertainment and swimming pool The residence is situated in the Golfo di Orosei in the beatiful Baia of Sas Linnas Siccas, south of Cala Liberotto at walking distance from the sea surrounded by greenery. The residence is an only structure where you may find the aparments and the rooms situated on the ground and first floor. The apartments: with independant entrance, TV, telephone, air conditioning, heating and fabulous sea view (on request and with payment) equipped veranda or balcony. Services: evening entertainment, mini club for children 4/7 years, private parking, reception area, TV lounge, laundrette, tabaccanist, newspapers, souvenirs, play park for children, beach service and fax. | Obligatory charges to be paid on arrival |
On site assistance and weekly consumption, including a change of bathroom and bedroom linen, water, electricity and gas: € 40.00 per person. |
Final cleaning fee: One room apartment € 40.00, Two room apartment € 50.00, Three room apartment € 70.00, excluding cooking area, dishes and bathroom, which must be cleaned by the client, upon penalty of an extra € 100.00 charge. The club card is obligatory: from 01/06 to 30/09 children aged betwee 4 and not yet 7 € 16.00; Adults € 30.00 per person per week, includes beach services, swimming pool and entertainment. |
